By accessing or using InkedMayhem ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
To access exclusive content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Single-purchase content unlocks are non-refundable once the content has been viewed.
All content on InkedMayhem — including images, videos, text, and designs — is the intellectual property of InkedMayhem and its creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, download, screenshot, screen record, or share any exclusive content without explicit written permission.
You agree not to: redistribute or resell any content; use content for commercial purposes; harass, threaten, or abuse the creator or other members; attempt to circumvent payment systems; create fake accounts; or use automated tools to access the Site.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, without refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of a charge for refund consideration. Content that has been accessed is generally non-refundable.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and access exclusive content on InkedMayhem.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on InkedMayhem infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request via our contact form or through our API. Please include: your full name, the URL of the infringing content, a description of the original work, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
